This itinerary is best enjoyed during December to May. It's the season for West and South coasts. Seas in West and South are more calm and enjoyable than the other half of year.

Polonnaruwa is one of the main two ancient ruined cities in Sri Lanka. This consumes less time and has more diversity than 1st ancient ruined city, Anuradhapura. Since this itinerary has limited days, Polonnaruwa fits-in practically. Kithulgala is the only place for White Water Rafting in Sri Lanka. But if you are not a sporty person, you can switch that activity with a visit to Elephant Orphanage on the way to Sri Pada. Sri Pada(Adam's Peak) season starts on full moon day of December & ends on full moon day of May. April & May are the most crowded season for Sri Pada. Most of the time in the off season it's rainy and has no facilities. But it's not impossible to climb - we enjoy the climb in off-season a lot. Udawalawe National Park is one of the best places you can see wild elephants in Sri Lanka. It is hundred percent guaranteed that you can see many small gatherings.

Hiriketiya Beach is a small and hidden bay which is used for surfing and swimming. You can attend Yoga at the hotel and it is only 100 meters to the beach from hotel. While you are in Tangalle you can visit the Hummanaya Blow Hole. It's the second highest shooting blowhole in the World. Tangalle is famous for turtle conservation projects as well. After two days stay at beach you will be heading towards airport. On the way to the airport it is possible to visit and stay some time at capital city of Sri Lanka, Colombo.
