Learn the fundamentals of sailing in Sri Lanka with a professionally guided 4-day sailing course designed for beginners and adventure enthusiasts alike. Conducted on a stable CP14 training dinghy, this hands-on program combines practical sailing skills, safety training, and real on-water experience in a relaxed tropical setting.

Train with internationally qualified instructors registered with the Yacht Association of Sri Lanka while learning essential sailing techniques including boat rigging, wind awareness, sailing manoeuvers, launching & recovery, safety rules, and capsize recovery practice.

Lessons are conducted in small personalized sessions, allowing participants to build confidence on the water at a comfortable pace. Guests completing the full course receive a recognized sailing certification as proof of their training and newly acquired sailing skills.

Training sessions are available from Mirissa Harbour, Colombo Port City, or Panadura, offering flexible locations for travelers exploring Sri Lanka’s coastline.

    It was a good day on a pretty late.
    Started a little late and the English was difficult. But the facilities are nice and the instructor very knowledgeable.
